WTF happened to eroids

I’ve been a member there for 5 years now and signed up as a total noob.
That place used to be full of helpful supportive people. Guys like vhman, mega, catalyst all used to drop some serious knowledge and were great at pointing new guys in the right direction.
I started spending more time on other boards but recently found myself back there looking for some hard to find compound.
I’m pretty fucking disappointed to see what that place has become. You have a brat pack that just insults and neggs new guys while stroking each other with +2s.
If ugm is seeing a surge in new members I think I know why.
I did enjoy following a few members around and off setting all there bullshit negs.

I followed eroids for a bit also and was running into the same issues. Asking a legit question would get laughs, jokes, negative comment, and deduct -2 karma. Didn’t seem like anybody there was willing to help at all just point fun at the interested amateur. Fortunate enough that because I hated eroids so bad after a short period of time I stumbled upon UGM and fit right in. Always got the answers that I needed (or deserved) and have never been disrespected or mistreated. Every member on UGM has treated me like a brother and is always willing to lend a helping hand. So I could care less what happened to eroids because it’s a total joke, and I hope that UGM gets a lot of new members because of them that have the respect and knowledge on how to treat, respect, and react like a person, and professional!

Burr you know me from eroids with my original account.
I came to ugm and worked on creating an anti eroids or even multiple other boards attitudes of one group just bashing everyone. That group also really has no experience they just know what to parrot over and over again and the cookie cutter methods.
All the guys you named and so many more have disappeared. I remember when I first got there the vets were all talking about this problem and it was never addressed and 5yrs later here we are.
The 3 guys you named plus Viking,irongame, Carlos so many more. I still miss certain guys over there and I check in once in a blue moon but the topics have gone from imo the best board online to falling fast.
I truly feel bad for pale bless him.

It happens to a lot boards. Just takes a few douches that think they’re the fucking board police to run guys out of there.

I’ve been on many. The worst is when the board owner is a shithead himself. Either selfish protecting his cash cow board sponsors or just trying to sell himself and run everyone good off.
