I’ve been around this board since 2019 and have been in/out of the game since. I’m ready to get it going again for real. I’m 44 years old 5’11 about 175-180lbs at the moment. At my biggest I was 205lb at about 6-8% body fat. I would like to get back to around 200

I noticed some devil dogs here and will say I am a devil dog for life and served in the Marines from 97-05 out of MCRD San Diego!!! Looking forward to getting back swole!
