No buenoUpdate:
In the last 6 weeks I’ve had 3 blood sugars below 50. One of them being….29.
I had dropped injectable l-carnitine bc I didn’t feel like it was doing much physique wise and I wanted to drop one of my daily pins.
L carnitine shuttles fatty acids into the cell. So I’m thinking it may be a fatty acid oxidation issue. Working on and endocrinology referral to get a continuous glucose monitor with hypoglycemia alarms, especially looking at starting prep soon.
If I can’t get this figured out on 3900-4600 cals a day… 2500 is going to be rough. Will keep yall updated as I know more or learn more.
No bueno indeed.No bueno
Just means you’ll bring a better package.Had to make a call and change some plans.
I’ve pushed my show back to next year, in May.
I work a weekend nights only contract, and that means I only have a set number of weekend days off a year. Between my girls show two weeks ago, a wedding in July, and my show that was going to be in November I’m capped out with other time I’ve taken off.
However, my girlfriend qualified for nationals in her first show, and the judges feedback was simply come in leaner and you will be very competitive at nationals, you have the perfect fit model look if you’re just a little leaner, etc.
So. I made the call. IFBB judges said she has a real shot at a card in her first year… which potentially sets things up nicely for the first year of pro shows in the fit model division. Texas nationals in December for her is the plan.
My plan: train like an absolute freak from now until May. Hit the stage at a level that’s competitive on the national level, most likely masters, win that bitch, then do a national show later in the year.
it’s giving me nothing but more time to bring home a win for team tarts.
I agree. Wanna show up to the local show looking pro-ish.Just means you’ll bring a better package.
Sounds like a good call...but for real, when was the last pop tart you had...Had to make a call and change some plans.

ExcellentMy labs have improved every pull since starting with my coach in November. This goes to show the importance of checking boxes over the long run.
