4 months with no gym and maintenance

So after 4 months so far, I def lost some weight and strength, normally I sit around 220, in this pic I’m 210, no pump shot, and zero cardio done ( fuck cardio lol ) but just goes to show you if you stick to your goals you can always adapt and overcome. All I had access to was 2 x 20lb dumbbells 1 x 25lb dumbbell and a set of resistance bands but I never said fuck it and stopped my lifestyle. Once gyms open I’ll start a proper cycle and diet again and muscle memory will sure as hell show up. Currently running all @SRx at low to moderate doses, cause to be honest theres no reason to go higher to maintain. 400 test Cyp , 300 - 500 Tren A, 25-50mgs Winstrol on and off as well as Sdrol at 20mgs PWO on and off, oh and GH is at 4iu ED ✌️

That’s what’s up man! That’s a big fella walking down the street!! I’ve done physique comps (back in my prime lol late 20s early 30s ) and modeling for quite some time, I need to keep a certain physique/ " look" to maintain contracts. I’ve been in the 260 range before, felt ungodly, but to be honest I get tired of packing in food as much as I could, became very lethargic in that weight range. I could’ve kept pushing myself, cause that’s my mentality, but at my age with kids and wife, I can’t put my health in jeapordy anymore though. And I’m talking big doses bro, over 4g of AAS ew. Tren in the 1k’s, stupid shit lol

At right now and I know I can add a good bit of muscle and drop a good bit of fat. Once I hit a few goals on lifts I may try and lean out as much as possible. I should say for my genetics 15% maybe more like the percent I will be at smallest
 
Yeah I’m with dirt on this one I always figured reps would be a walking meat market but im a bigger guy too I can carry 260 easy I look lean at 220 205 people think I’m on drugs cause I’m skinny but you look great especially with such a limited arsenal to workout with were you doing any p90x type stuff too
 
@Raphael3636 I understand about feelin crappy tryin to eat to much, biggest I’ve ever been was 210, and I was miserable eating so much and pinning all short esters ED, looked outfuckingstanding, but really I do this for fun I want to be strong and look good, why would I make mySelf miserable, so i stopped all the short esters and ate less, but I was feelin much better
 
Looking good brother! Workouts are definitely different without gym, and I felt like the bands and P90X were keeping me sane, but I was very thankful when gyms reopened here. I think it’s crazy that they still have states with gyms closed, if folks are somewhat following the rules.
