A day in the life of me

I get sweats running anything, mybody runs hotter. I ran nothing between September- til feb and had no sweats
 
I have some daily thermogenic effects that keep a small steady sweat but no night sweats. My natural body temperature is 99.6° so I’m in the same boat. I can get a sweat just eating lol
 
Alright. Now that all the fuckery has subsided a bit, I can post yesterday’s workout then today’s.

Leg Day!!!

Squats, squats, more squats… seriously I did over 60 squats
Quad Kickouts
Hamstring Curls
Closed V Stance Squats
Reverse Lunges
Seated Calf Raises
Bulgarian Split Squats Drop Set of Death
 
And today’s workout

Preworkout- Bang energy drink, oatmeal no bakes (not the best but I was in a time crunch)

Post workout - 8oz shredded chicken, 8oz potatoes, double scoop protein shake w/banana

Chest/Shoulders/Triceps

Military Press
High incline bench
Mid incline bench
High incline Flys
Db Pullovers
Front raises
Lateral Raises
Rear raises
Skull Crushers
Tricep Rope Pulldowns w/ Iso’s and drop sets
 
Just smashed through back and bis.

A little early for dinner and I already ate so I had a protein shake and muscle pharm protein bar post workout

Wide Grip Rows
Bent over Barbell Rows
Wide Grip Pulldowns
Pull Ups

Barbell Curls
Ss Db Curls (simultaneous not alt) 3/4 isos
Alt Hammer Curls
Ss Pinwheel Curls
Iso Hammers
Reverse Curls (palm down 3/4 iso)

Rest day tomorrow
