AMP Training Log/Progress

Today was one of those clean, no nonsense leg days where everything just synced nicely. Hit legs and abs, then wrapped it up with cardio. Legs were feeling nicely pumped, and that mid workout vascularity started creeping in, always a fire little reminder that the work is actually showing.

Diet’s been stupid easy lately. No cravings, no second guessing, just sticking to the plan and watching the progress roll in. Honestly feels like I'm hitting that groove where everything lines up training, food, recovery, all syncing together.

Cardio after legs had me sweating like crazy, but in the best way. That drenched shirt moment always hits different… makes the whole day feel complete and dialed in. Another solid one in the books

Legs:
1. Seated Hamstring Curl
• 1 warm-up × 10
• 3 working sets × 10–12
• Last working set = double drop set × 15 to failure on both drops

2. Lying Hamstring Curl
• 4 working sets × 12–15

3. Squat Pro
• 1 warm-up × 10
• 1–2 feeder × 8
• 3 working sets × 10–12
• 1 back-off × 15

4. Hip Press
• 4 working sets × 15

5. Bulgarian Split Squats (Heavy DB)
• 3 working sets × 12 each leg
• Last set = switch to bodyweight × 15 or failure

6. Walking DB Lunges
• 5 minutes nonstop (25–35 lb)

Abs:
3 sets of 20–50 reps of
Crunches
Leg lifts

Cardio: 35 min Treadmill. Zone 2 HR A.M and P.M

Food:
2250 calories
240g protein
185g carbs
50g fats
