A day in the life of me

Alright so I feel like I got my workouts dialed in, I got my supplements rockin, my cycle and compounds are on point but my nutrition has been lacking. I’ve been eating clean, the same things day in and day out, no cheat meals, but I don’t eat as consistantly as I should and I don’t time my meals properly. I feel like I’m always lacking in this department. Sure I eat better than most people but it’s not meeting my goals and expectations. That said, I have talked with @PHD and decided to get on board with Titan Fitness. Time to get the fuck out of my own way and step my game up to get to these goals.

I feel you in the diet department though. On the surface I know it may seem to many that I eat clean but I feel like there’s always room for improvement. I don’t meal prep because my job entails me to be around food all day everyday. So when it’s time to eat I just make it on the fly. But I might start doing meal preps. As far as scheduling goes I’m pretty consistent at eating every 3 hours, I feel like staying on that schedule keeps my body in an anabolic state. Anyways I’m sure @PHD will most definitely get you in the right direction, I mean look at him, dudes a beast💪 , good luck brotha!
 
My wife and I prep on Sundays and we only keep “clean” food in the house so even if we “snack” we are snacking on fruit or oats or protein bars, etc. Even the stuff we make for snacks is still clean. Like our peanut butter and cocoa oats no bake cookies. Yeah they are as good as they sound lol.

Tuesday was a wash. I got home late and had to mow before the rain came in again. I got a few acres so that screwed me having to mow so late.

Wedensday Push Day!

Chest
BB Bench Drop Sets w/
Ss Db Bench
Started at 245 to fail then dropped 10lbs each time finishing with a set of 12 on the Db Presses each time.

Flys

Rotating Tricep Kickouts slow and steady with Iso on the end
Tricep Pulldowns
Tricep Skull Crushers (Meadows style w/ 2 dumbbells instead of a curl bar)

Thursday
Probably taking a rest day. I felt a small abnormal flexion in my bicep yesterday so probably best not to do a pull day right now.
I have a massage planned for tonight so hopefully that will ease the bicep and make it happy again.

I’m usually good for about 1 to 2 hours at a time with typically 20 to 30min inbetween being able to fall asleep again. Many times I wake up throughout the week and remain awake for an hour or more before falling asleep again which by my Fitbit shows that I average roughly 4 hours of sleep a night with only 5 to 10min in REM sleep on average. The last 2 nights I have gotten almost 5 straight hours before waking up, I have fallen back asleep within minutes and my REM sleep has been over 45min each night. I’d say that’s pretty awesome for an OTC sleep aide.
 
Well that sounds pretty convincing for me to try it, and yes waking up a lot then laying there and waiting to fall asleep again, and yet I still function relatively well so I guess my body and mind are adapted to it
 
Since over a decade ago I’ve been dealing with sleep issues of all kinds because I refuse to use a pharmaceutical sleep aide. I’ve tried all kinds of stuff. This has really changed the game for me man. The best part is that it says 2 pills but I tried it with just 1 so far and it’s worked great. So I get 2 months out of one bottle if it keeps working this well. Plus you smoke bud so maybe a few puffs and 1 of these pills and you might sleep the whole night lol
