Hi all,
Name’s Pablo, I’m 26 and currently reading as much as I can before making a decision.
5’6 - 187lbs, 20-21% body fat, I started lifting around 18 on and off, got off the wagon indefinitely when pursuing my college degree. I’m getting back on the lifting routine with some home equipment and basically, I’ve been considering using gear, never done it before. I cook all my meals and shop smart, nutrition is not a problem if I’m disciplined. I guess I’m looking to you guys to either talk me out of it or provide me with some advice. I’ve read from other forums (reddit) very helpful information, like dropping body fat close to 10-15% before starting gear. However, I don’t think I can get there naturally. I’m intimidated by steroids and I think I would start with orals (anavar?) if I did, however, I’ve also read that those wouldn’t really work without running test.

All rambling aside, my goal is to simply lose fat and be toned. I’m not really pursuing a bodybuilders physique, just a “beach body”. It may sound ridiculous, just being honest here, all I want is to be comfortable taking my shirt off.

Anyways, all that aside, what do you guys recommend?.

Thanks!

Work out a.m p.m both HARD. Cut carbs way down live off of protein 💪. Orals are rough as shit on the body if your not careful. Get labs done. Build some muscle cause it eats 24 7. Its got to be in your diet and or training at your age that you can’t drop those points. Probably not what you wanna hear but yeah, you can’t out train a bad diet.
Welcome brother.

Welcome. I’m not gonna talk you out of using gear, nobody did for me, and I probably wouldn’t have listened, I actually never worked Out a gym, or life’s weights until I got gear… diet is number 1, workout routine, THEN gear, good sleep is important to. I would start with a simple cycle, test E or C 500mg a week split the shots up into two days, proviron 50mg per day, you might not need it, but a AI would be good to have on hand, Adex or aromasin most likely.

You do not need steroids to achieve your goal.
Diet, Cardio and lifting weights will get you there. Now if you are doing those 3 correctly and still not seeing results, do some blood work, check your Blood Sugar, your Thyroid Homone levels, Estrogen levels etc…

Might want to experiment with Ephedrine HCL, probably start with 8mgs 3 times a day, also maybe add a bit of Caffeine first thing in the morning. 200mgs would be sufficient.

You CAN get it done without anabolics.

Hey there brother!

Lets take a few steps in the right direction first. Since youre looking to get in shape it isnt all anabolics. Personally i would suggest pushing your natural genetic potential.

For starters lets make you a map diet plan given your stats you provided. This is very novice to help shed some weight and very cost effective to get the body to wake up.

Meal 1: 6oz of egg whites, 1 packet of reduced sugar oatmeal

Meal 2: 40grams of whey isolate, 2 tlbs of peanutbutter

Meal 3: 6oz of chicken or white fish, 4oz of sweet potato and 1 cup of spinach or broccoli.

Meal 4: repeat meal 2

Meal 5: 6oz of chicken or white fish and only veggies paired with this meal!

Meal 6: 12oz of egg whites prior to bed.

Again tons of water pushing for 1 galon of water a day and hop on that stair master for 60 mins daily and report back to us in 6 weeks. You will be on the roght track builing your basics before doing any form of anabolics!

Best of luck man and we are all hear to help you.

Woah, thanks for the absolute detailed response. I had already grocery shopped for the week by the time I read your message but I’ll incorporate it into my diet next week. For this week here’s what I got:

Breakfast: Oatmeal with almond milk
Lunch: Brown rice, broccoli and salmon
Dinner: cauliflower and tilapia

As far as vitamins go, I take krill oil, calcium and a centrum. Lots of water and try to limit my intake of sugar although, I’m hypoglycemic so I get some from fruits or protein shakes.

I’ve never really tried having more than 3 meals a day, however I have done intermittent fasting in the past with good results. I’m sensitive to eggs which is why I don’t include them in my diet but I do have some good protein powder to include in my diet. I do have almond and peanut butter though, so that I can incorporate immediately.

That’s a good point, I’ll definitely check my levels if after doing everything the right way I don’t see results. Would you say 3 months would be a good marker to see results?

Cooking salmon and broccoli as I type for the week! Definitely agree with diet being important, thanks for taking the time to help this young buck.

Thanks for your input brother! I got lots of free time due to the virus so I’ll train twice a day and report back in a few months 💪, it won’t fall on deaf ears.

You guys are all awesome, I’m glad to have stumbled upon this forum, I’ll follow your advice and push myself as much as I can. Looking forward to learning from you gents.
