April 24th edition of diets and training

Morning brothers! Turkey bacon and sausage 3 eggs and 2 bagel thins for meal 1 gonna do some proats in an hour before I go hit legs with my cousin, he moved up here recently been nice to train on my days off with a parter and I get to teach him some stuff he’s only been working out seriously for about a year so it’s a good time
 
Man I do something wrong even with light weight stuff and if my hammys or lower back is tight I get hurt and I’m 15 years younger then you.

Pork shoulder, went on the smoker 2 hours ago. Pulled pork tonight
 
Rest day. Breakfast was 6 fried eggs. Plate full of homemade French toast and 4 slices of fried bologna. Second Breakfast was a shake. Lunch is chicken, rice, and refried beans all soaked in salsa.
 
I will get out before they get back after work.i go on a regular basis anyways so I don’t feel rushed to do it before their back
 
No training.

15 min walk with baby girl swooping around me on her bike. Rummaged thru the gym and found my old front license plates over the years then me and her flew a kite.
