Astros “2009” Growth Log

Howdy Jacked bros! This will be my progress log for the transformation contest, I will share a backstory into my journey and what ultimately brought me here and will continue to bring y'all along for what’s next.

This will be a continuation of a log I was running on a different board which was terminated sometime last month around the same time I stepped down from my duties as Rep for SB. Shoutout to SB and the boys best gear in the game 🫡

Family matters came up and just couldn’t give enough attention to members, customers or the boards in general. Still sort of in the same spot, so bear with me as I give this another shot.

Previous log was titled Astros 2009 comeback log, in reference to probably my favorite BB Jay. Long story short work, life etc led me to stop training, dieting or even keeping up with TRT… completely abandoning the lifestyle. I saw my physique quickly deteriorate and become just another dad bod.

Sometime in 09/24 I decided to give it another shot and try to as Jay said “come back” essentially starting from scratch with official starting progress pics taken on 09/26/24 at 205lbs which I will share below.

Fast forward to today 04/05/25 these are my final “cutting phase” check-in pics sent to my coach weighing 169.9lbs and my starting point for this log. Again these are my check-ins taken at 6ish in the morning, which were taken without having this contest in mind, so bear with me for no paper and date hopefully picture date will suffice. 😁

This will be a growth phase. Plan is to grow and put on lean quality tissue. I will share details regarding diet, training and PEDs as we progress. Will try to be a bit more consistent than once a week, but again. Time is much more limited for the forums these days, so will do my best.

Today is an off day. May do some cardio later, then have a planned dinner just the wife and I. I received new macros and training split from coach this morning. Day 1 is tomorrow. Thanks for checking the log out, best of luck to everyone and more importantly become a better version of yourself.
