Ok so I posted starting pic in competition thread here’s my log. Mindy was machine and duo push day I skipped yesterday as my body is stupid and either wants to wake hk early or sleep all day but we at gym hitting machine back work. If I keep same split pic updates will be Monday Wednesday Friday that way I get push leg and pull day photos. Depending on work I may push those back a day or if they decide we aren’t work weekends I may just add Saturday in extra

I’m going to look at this back hair as just natural padding if I go back to pl and do low bar
 
Legs high bar 2x5 475 back off 415x6
Close feet leg press 3x12 8 pps
Seated leg curl 3x15 155
Single leg ext 3x15 70 scatch this I can’t do extensions with right leg knee just doesn’t let it happen like I could love lightest weight. I never feel discomfort but this was a no. I’ll try split squats but my ankle
Used to not allow that any suggestions for quads I can do single leg

Not being a smart azz… you’re no youngster anymore. Maybe steer clear of things that hurt or possibly injure. Do extra sets on hack squat or other devices.

We don’t have a hack squat and I want some unilateral work to make sure I’m not relying on one leg more than other in lifts. I’ll just do single leg press on second leg day. Did I just say second leg day. Yes I think it’s time to add another day in. I could always do walking lunges ugh

Walking lunges are brutal!!! They work for me but they’re brutal
 
So no post today was running late. Will see how tomorrow goes after working over 4 hours tonight if I can fall asleep by 5 then it’s 6 hours of sleep which isn’t terrible
 
Got in there tonight after work. Man I haven’t taken ai since Friday and I felt I was in sweet spot at work lol r I’m just working with more woman I’m attracted to. Tren should be interesting I haven’t worked with woman and been on tren in a few years
 
Trivia g to do legs but man do they feel tired I walked about 9 miles at work yesterday. Ok well I’ve basically got nothing today did get 505 for one rep on squat before saying we’ll try again next week. I feel like a
Pussy but I also just know I can’t push it if it’s not there. Even leg press was struggle. Legs just felt weak. I’ll take the positive of first time doing 500 since leg injuries and let that be my win for the day
