My day will consist of posing for 45 minutes and 60 minutes of cardio via treadmill. Re-feed is now over and we go back to no carbs for the meal plan. Current weight is 175lbs, I have dropped down from 218lbs, I actually woke up at 174.3 but had food and jumped up a little bit.

Contractions via posing are getting tighter, stamina in the gym is good and energy upon waking in the morning is also great. I wake up feeling very good in the morning, not sore, not beat up, not sluggish. I have very good deep sleeps. Overall I feel very good, I just hope this is good enough once on stage with the others.

My coach used to manipulate water the final week which brought the glute striations out of nowhere. It was:
FINAL WEEK:
TUES: 1 gallon distilled water(not even sure if this is sold these days. It was 1995. The gallon of distilled water said on it, “Not for drinking. For use in irons to iron clothing only!)
WED: 2 gallons distilled water
THURS: 3 gallons distilled water ( I was a High School teacher. It’s not allowed to leave the classroom with 30 students in there, but I ran out every 15 minute to urinate)
- the more distilled water you drink, assuming a zero sodium diet, the more dehydrated you become. No need to mess with diuretics. My diet the final 25 days was 100% boneless, skinless chicken breast with garlic power (a natural diuretic) and steamed minute rice. 1/2 chicken breast with 1/2 cup steamed rice every hour.
I started carbing up 3 days out by adding 100 grams of carbs from steamed white rice each day starting Wed, Thurs, and Fri. I added a little fat Friday from peanuts.
- FRIDAY: sip distilled water only when necessary. 1/3 gallon. No water after noon.
OMG! My abs got deeper with each piss!
DRUGS: only water based winstrol, 100mg EOD, 10-20mg halotestin, a hair of insulin to drive the carbs and fats into the muscles on the morning of the show.
 
Good morning everyone, I hope everyone is doing well, and I sincerely hope you're all happy, healthy, and in a good place mentally, as that's what truly matters.
I've been super busy as of late, my son left last year to go to the Marines, he is an electrician, and he just so happened to meet someone, and now wants to get married. The problem is he's only 19...

I also went to litigation with Citizens Insurance to try to get them to pay for a new roof for my home that was damaged from Hurricane Milton. It was about 2 weeks of testifying and having experts come in to also testify on what they saw when viewing the roof. In the end the judge deemed it as being an old roof, and stated that my team of constitutes didn't provide enough evidence to show there was substantial damage from the hurricane. So I now have to pay about $25K for a new clay roof (terracotta).

I'm 5 weeks out from my pro debut, I'll be competing at the Atlanta Pro which is held by Linda Murray. I garnered the pro card last year at North Americans after 2 unsuccessful attempts. I'll be competing in the classic physique category and I hope to make 1st call out. Of course it would be nice to win and get the Olympia qualification, but I really just want to prove to myself that I can be on stage with the pros and compete with them. Last year at North Americans I was 171lbs on stage, this year during the offseason I was able to get up to 215lbs. I've now cut down to 184lbs as my cap is 187 for my height.

Gym time is 6 days a week, was doing cardio in the morning via treadmill and at night via stair-master, but have since then stopped with the stair-master in order to not lose my legs. Resistance training is great and I'm hitting back, legs and chest twice a week. Posing 45 minutes per day and actively wearing a waist trainer when around the house and running errands.

My diet is at 2000 calories per day, down from 3500. At this point carbs are gone as I have 100 grams per day. Protein is still high and Fats are also still there but on the low end.

I always go back to my favorite bodybuilder Johnnie Jackson who used to train with Branch Warren. They would match each others energy and intensity. He had one of the most impressive backs in the game because he was implementing deadlifts in his regimen. That and of course rows, latt pulls, and other exercises but a big foundation to his back was deadlifts as it adheres to growth.

Notice I'm getting more rice now in my meals, we're gonna up the carbs for a couple days to get a bit fuller. I'm completely fine with this. I found myself cramping hard this morning, as water was a little low but we got it back on track.

Happy Saturday everyone, I'm exactly 5 days out...

I apologize for missing a couple days, I've been in the middle of writing my thesis statement, as I graduate in September with my 2nd masters degree in Business Intelligence. Damn thing was 82 pages... My first masters is in Sports Management, it's essentially and MBA with a concentration in sports operations.

So now I have about 5 more easy assignments and that's it. NO MAS!!! Done with school at this point.

As far as the body goes, I just want to be a bit tighter and I'm sure that will happen once I drop water. Injections are done at this point. I'll have HGH for maybe 2-3 more days then be done with that also, it's really helping me with the fullness though. I feel great, I get really good sleeps, and upon waking I don't feel sluggish at all.

So now I've upped the dosage of Winny, T3, Clen, and now it's 1/2 Arimadex rather than 1 milligram.

Today and mañana will be the last day of carbohydrates and then I'll cut down hard again. Right now I'm sitting at 182lbs and my stage weight is 177lbs, so ill be fine, this is just a way to help with fullness before we cut down hard.
