I haven’t been on the site in about 2 years. Well I’m 5’9" and dropped town to 210 from 247. My god I was a fat ass when I came home from TDC. I train 6dys a week. Push-Pull-Legs-Rest, and it’s treated me quite well. At least for my standards that is. I don’t count macros or anything but I’ve been eating a bunch of chicken and fish mainly filling up on veggies.
Well I wish I would have stayed on the site but ya know life never stops. I would wanna thank you for the info y’all gave me a couple years back. Like I said earlier I came home from TDC in 2018 amd was so excited to find some product I jumped the first gun I came across. Long story short I ended up ordering gear that was crashed amd had horrible reactions to it. Swelling, Bloating, and BAD PIP.
Is just good to be back and plan on staying this time.
Im just so greatfull for the people who showed me the way to really push myself to be my very best.
