Cheesin Rice brother! I had no idea that your gyms were still closed. It will all come back quickly, but you barely lost a step anyway man.
 
Man I’m loving it, I’m feeling nice and sore all over again like when first starting out. Luckily I was able to maintain during these 5 months with some resistance bands and a few dumbbells, but I did drop weight, I’m sure it’ll shoot right back up now that I can train properly and up my calorie intake slightly.
 
I think it’s best at night especially when doing recovery tomorrow the plan is hit back and bies so I want to be ready for a good Workout the granola can give me some fossil fuel My one scoop is 35 g of protein

Its like riding a bicycle feeling the weights Actually being to able to hit the body with different angles and different types of weights. I also feel good that I’m strong enough to go without any quivering or shakes as I’ve been training with thou the gym this is Lake going to level 2 and get him ready for super saiyan For me it’s like going to church and churches open for me @BigSwole69

Meal today consisted of a Springmix dome blue berries with guac
