i kept up with my fitness nothing like the gym the availability of being able to exercise with angles and weights to challenge me …but Kettlebell training was done daily

Lol inwaa reading your log how manybtimea a week are u pinning i know u feel that taste in your lungs. The gym for me is great today i took a rest day but the best part was to hit the incline ,cables leg press just felt great to hold heavy dumbbells as well and that contraction on the muscles
 
Today workout consisted of dancing.
Some great house music was being played in the park and i had yo get down. So definitely got a worl out in
 
I’ve so met many of the legends of house and techno cause I was the dd for a guy who used to promote shows and own club in cinci. He would also dj in Chicago in younger days. More techno than house. But alway had blast at the shows even sober
 
That’s awsome i hVe always danced house music since 1992 the music moves me and yeah sober like a cold day in October. It doesn’t matter where from caLi to Mexico if its thumping im in. I would always go to ny to find some underground house Nd techno man the parties ive been to been bananas. One club tjat i used yo go to was the lime light the club well part of it used was a church…amazing as a club and witb Techno it was electric
 
Was introduced to style ls by ex roommate was more of trance guy in younger days. He got pissed at me when I told him I was able to meet ritchie hawtin and Kevin Saunders in about 6 years back I think.
 
Yesterday log was Kettlebell routine
Entire body

Today
Started with Decline
Side shoulder raises
Incline dumbell slowly climbing
Cuban snatch and lateral raises
Tricep extensions
Cable presses

Pinned my test c and equipoise
Looking dryer getting leaner

Diet was a potkshop and 3 chicken wings first meal with a mango

2nd meal was another porkchop and a slice of pepperoni pizza had to have it

Remained hydrated
 
Today was a great leg work out day mixed with in between weight hitting

Iso lateral lat. Pulldown
Followed by leg extension every 5th 1 15 second hold x6
Incline front delt lifts followed by
Squats ×6

Leg press 6 sets 295 max today
Dumbel squats to arm surl to military press. 6 sets

Lying leg curl followed my lat extension machine x6

Hack squats followed my inner Nd outer thighs
Tricep extension ×6

Dunnnnn

Meal 2 eggs blackbeans

Spam…

Feeling great this morning
Took my probiotic
And coq10 with quib
 
Yeah it does I like it best right out the can, we ate it in Iraq ALL the time, to much sodium for me though
