Meal was a pork chop with beans and 1/2 cup rice. 2nd meal spring mix fettacheese blue berries and black beans…the kin got me some mand m dam that was good

I look alot leaner about to change the formula soon

It makes me feel like I should have kept getting leaner but I’m power lifter at heart and need to see my numbers rise
 
Get ot bro in just lifting trying to evolve the body…i was doing 80lb dumbell which is better than just 1 kettlebell ya know
 
It’s great to see the changes I’m about 3-5 pounds heavier than I want to be right now but I feel really good hovering around 265 currently
 
I weighed myself at the gym not sure if accurate gonna step on a digital to be certain i feel stronger and am trying to keep eating clean ,

Meal was a bandeja paisa that’s avacado beans rice churasco a egg and plantain that was at 10 am

test c and eq were present this may be the last week before I switch…definitely have improved in week 4
 
Eq has my veins popping even though I’ve put on 20 pounds since comp love this shit. Think it will be summer time staple for me
