I marinated them then I actually pan seared them then took them into the air fryer wow man amazing amazing is what I have to say happy New Year brother merry Christmas happy Hanukkah and Happy Kwanzaa or happy Festivus if you celebrate that
 
I’ve been grinding man I’ve been grinding doing well and sticking to the program I haven’t stopped lifting I haven’t stopped moving I’ve been on it man I’ve been on it the winter has been rough here but I’m sure everywhere like I said I’ve dropped some weight I think I’ll end up with some good muscle I’ve been doing good thank God how about you brother
 
Doing great I’ve added size but I’ll be back to trimming down some in few weeks I actually look forward to stricter diet
 
One thing I have done is remain consistent I’ve watched my mouth I’ve applied calisthenics to the weightlifting to get busy with what I’m doing

There’s multiple companies doing this now its honestly going to be the future of blood work so that people don’t have to pay a doctor just to go pay to get blood work done.

Search Google also if you would like to compare prices also because I have heard that these websites are getting popular and they have raised their prices. Watch out which one you use but the only blood test I can post a link for nowadays because I would use it is roidtest.com with 20% off
