Today I acquired some beast mode gloves what a game changer my grip was definitely better and some Ptec elbow sleeves def made it better to press some weight this is the muscle maker pack

I was developing calluses underneath the bend of my fingers and it wasn’t letting me complete my reps because it hurt and I couldn’t stop working out so these are full finger gloves that have Cushing and my elbow has been hurting me for some time which has made me dumb down the way to keep going and doing alternate exercises so I went ahead and got me these leaves to keep me intact
 
Those sleeves will serve you well. I rarely do anything without my knee and/or elbow sleeves.

My extra stuff is iceehot then sleeves…keeps joints nice and toasty.
 
Yeah man do the way to go they help me with a tremendous amount I wish I utilize them sooner never thought about it until I walked up into the sporting good store I saw one for shoulder as well not sure how well that would work but I’m curious to see how it would feel
 
So today was the first day with a weight vest

I did chest
And tries so the challenge with dips was no fkn joke
Started with weighted dips 3 rounds all exercises
Flat bench dumbells
Skull crushers
Incline bench
Low plank high plank fucken planks
Reverse on the floor triceps extensions
Pushups
Pull ups in between sets

Work out complete
 
Today I kept on my weight vest that was a challenge I kept it on for about 4 hours today while I’m at work how to take it off as it started bothering the back after trying to sit straight stand straight tomorrow’s another day though so today all day work with the weight vest currently only a 12 lb
