I couldnt agree more with you guys im in S.F. and theres a lot of negativity and shit talk from jealous ass dudes keyboard tough guys! I have no need for that crap in my life i mean honestly life is full of bullshit that you cant control so why add more?! I need positive reinforcement and try to surround myself with like-minded brothas that actually care for each other and want to help their peers instead of simmering in envy trying to sabotage! Thank you guys for all the work you put into making this site what it is, fkn AWESOME!!’
I hope this makes sense, you all know I go to sleep about now, well I’ve mentioned it. At some point, l was cool with the fact that I wasn’t gonna be a pro bber(in the true sense) and get to sleep, e a t, and train and book my guest posings. THANK GOD. I like the artistic part of putting muscle where it needs to go, the comraderie when it was there, the history too. Of course , I liked to be just good enough to be able to be in the subculture as it was. We trained at gyms with a guys name on it 
. I’ve done so much research and still do. There’s abstract and then there’s really abstract! I am around some very interesting people at my work life and if I ever mentioned some of the drugs or concepts for putting on muscle that I’ve use or that are in the works, I’d be labeled NUTS. I can’t believe some of the shit still circulating…leva dopa for release of hgh, not for my Parkinson’s or Huntington chorea…for example. So, I love looking back at some stupidity and laughing. It comes back full circle too. Only my .02 worth. Every sport has its PEDs bbing has every PED…LOL. Do you ever think the French tour de biking or whatever would dis c has EPO with Joe in PA. , who doesn’t want to ride more than 5 miles and does 3 miles now but wants to blast some EPO and get that endurance by next week…that’s why I use subculture as an endearing term for my bbing"hobby". But, I too am here for any advices…I still look the part but you might have to remind me the original question!!!
