Best Weight Loss Compound?

I honestly would go slower. @BBSQ5 can gladly correct me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure the GLP1’s have a 6 day half life? So I personally would say go up every 2 weeks just to be safe.
I believe when I started it… it was monthly jumps. Not sure but it was a very long time to ramp up.
 
I’m going to play with semi after my current cycle, so in about 6 weeks.

I have a ton of issues controlling my appetite. And I don’t do casual dieting. I am really strict, count my macros. But when I get hungry, it’s ravenous and it’s extremely hard to control.

I am making progress on cutting my body fat, but it’s painfully slow. I’ll eat in a deficit to the point where I’m ravenous and do it for a month and lose 3lbs.

I’ll start semi at .25mg/wk and go up by .25mg/wk until I find the sweet spot. I’m confident that if I can get 30lbs of fat off in 90 days, I’ll be able to keep it off. I have no issues eating in maintenance.
I experimented with semi to see if it would help curb alcohol consumption, and it did for a time.

It definitely made me not eat two plates at dinner as I am prone to over indulge after long days at work with both food and beer.

I would recommend splitting your dose into 2 or 3 shots a week to help mitigate the GI side effects as you get use to it, eat clean, and have gas x on hand for a while.

For me my sweet spot was .60mg total a week split into three shots.

I lost 5% body weight with this protocol.

Low and slow with all things my man.
 
One of the guys at my gym has been using Reta with great results. He’s tryin g to do the whole influencer thing but is genuinely trying to give good advice to people with cycles and what not
