You guys should discuss training in public or even diet your going to have to type it anyway just create a new topic for you two and talk about how you are doing things its just like the members logs just with two people working together

I wish I had the dedication to get that tight I can get bigger but I can’t keep it that tight I just don’t have it in me tbe discipline
I could but I honestly am not that desipline once I look good I would level off im good at 15% I might get down to 12% but I just can’t be around 10% and under I like to eat too much lol
Well I can’t do flat bench so fifth wee back doing incline I’m happy happy 2 month zero pressing motions. Feel when in get back to regular bench it will fly fast 500 mya wait till off cycle so I don’t fuck with shoulder gaining strength too quickly
There are a ton of exercises you can do to keep your shoulders strong and healthy. Happy to give you some tips if you want. I’ve had the Labrum in both shoulders torn, partial tears in bicep and rotator cuff tendons to the point they wanted to do shoulder replacement on my right shoulder. I’ve been fortunate enough to have rehabbed them well. No surgery except for cutting our some arthritis
