Burning pulling in outboard upper calf

In the last few days I’ve had a pulling burning sensation in my outboard upper calf… below knee. See pic. It is in a straight line between my fingers. I can articulate my knee pain free…squat…walk…bend over most of the time. Occasionally when i bend over (get dogs play ball) with a semi bent knee it’ll burn/pull bad.

Going to chiropractor this am. My lower back needs adjustment.

Sounds like a strain to the Gastrocnemius muscle but obviously I can’t be sure. Curious as to what your chiro will say. Very odd that the pain is localized to that spot

Check that. That’s the inside of your leg I just noticed. Definitely gastrocnemius. See what doc says and I can send over some exercises for it

It’s the outside of upper calf. My lower back and hips were very tight. I’ve been rolled, shocked (tens) and adjusted. He couldn’t find anything wrong with my range of motion or posterior chain.

I feel much better now. Still got the burn/stretch sensation at calf

Sometimes that can be a nerve Being impinged

Ahhhhhh maybe rolling my quads inner/outer might help?

Stretching etc might loosen things up?

Yes rolling above the sore spot can help. Do not roll on the sore spot for a few days

Hey brother!

No sir. It starts below the knee about 4 inches or so.

That’s a good thing had same deal but it started in side of knee and went down you pulled a muscle hauling the big hawg around in your trousers

Blahahaha

Just a little angry inch here!

Could be sciatic but if the doc wasn’t concerned a wouldn’t be just yet

I was just reading up on it band syndrome… sounds like what im experiencing.

I’m going to stretch roll etc.

Could be. Easy to start with that and see what happens.
