Can't get enough carbs fats or protein

These 2 little cups just gave me 90g of carbs 24g protein 14g fat

A nice daytime snack before I hit the gym in about 2-3hrs

there great and I have all the different types they have actual muffins you can bake. They’re basically mini macro bites lol
Then you have the cakes which are pan cskes you losd them up with quick oats and eggs also milk and the numbers are huge from a very small meal.
These muffin cups aren’t the best because they have alot of sugar but there convenient so I use them when I feel like loading up on carbs but don’t feel like eating alot
I would definitely say give them a try
 
Costco just got Kodiak cake waffles that are amazing. Great, super fast pre-work out breakfast. I’m gonna have to get some of those muffins though. I’m struggling to get all the calories I need too
 
I eat kodiak cake everything waffles flapjacks and the muffins I love the blueberry lemon with some honey and I add oats to the flapjacks to up the carbs and I add protein powder chocolate flavored with peanut butter and you have an amazing pancake.
Eat em up there so good
 
I was going to say also the microwave muffins are convenient but they actually sell muffin mix for the oven that I will bake and I can eat the whole box if I don’t stop myself lol
