If you have any questions lmk
I see her Tuesday coming up. My first question right now is how did you raise it up. I do see there is several factors for decreasing it. I’ll have to get into that with her. But yeah how did you raise it?

I have only been able to get it to the high single digits, so I am open to whatever you learn too.

I found it very difficult to find good information on SHGB. Even doctors that are specialist seem to disagree. Sooooo, here is my list of two years worth of research and experimenting I hope a few work for you:
  • There is a link between Test and Estro. You need to play with it. I try to keep my Test and Estro as high as possible without using an AI or having negative side effects.
  • No cycling
  • No orals (anavar has a low binding affinity tho)
  • No HGH
  • Test, Primo, and NPP only
  • Check your thyroid (T3, T4, TSH, and Reverse T3)
  • T3 at 12.5mcg is said to double SHBG
  • HCG helps normalize
  • The supplement NAC will increase up to 18%
  • Metformin will help a little
  • Turkesterone (didn’t help me, but VS swears by it)

I have to double check but I believe I read that clomid and or nova helps elevate as well… Thanks bro info appreciated.

It’s one of those things people will just beat doen to nothing cuase more free test right. But it’s there for a purpose you can’t get the hormones to out of whack or things stop working right

I got some of that. But need to get some of that BAC. The only thing is I know you can’t run HCG constantly so the levels would still fluctuate I presume. Maybe my levels were to get right during usage but just drop off again when I stop

It’s body specific IMO. There’s so much to look at but I’d stick to areas of interest for yourself. Even off gear for example, my lipids are borderline stroke risk. I’ve prepared via life insurance etc for my family but I focus on what gear I’m taking and how it impacts my bottom line. If I’m only on test all I have to worry about are my triglycerides. It’s weird I know but those spike on my tests everytime. If I’m on anything stronger my HDL starts to tank. So I know what to look for in myself as everything else remains unimpacted.

FWIW I literally halved by Triglycerides with a combo of Glutathione Injections, Red Yeast Rice and Omega 3 (DHA). It went from 192 to 82.

I believe I read that American Heart Association as of 2021 does not find a significant association between Total Cholesterol and Heart Disease, or for that matter dietary cholesterol. Is that True or False?

That being said, my doc has me get a CAC (Calcium Score) every 5 years to rule out the build up that does cause heart issues.
