I’ve tried all the tricks man but it’s just genetic for me. Mine run high unfortunately, being active keeps the risk significantly lower. I’ve already had one minor stroke and I’m 35. Just gotta grinding until you drop.
I’m not judging at all nor telling you your business. At 35 you have a lot of living to do…aging doesn’t get any easier.
Seems to me that all our decisions at a younger age can either benefit us or bite us in the rear.
I agree with you that being overly cautious can lead to a dull uneventful life with no adventure but we have to walk a razor’s edge between foolishness and zest.
Looking at risk factors by the time I was under the CT all flow was ‘patent’. No obstructions if that makes sense, I don’t understand the lingo. They could not find the problem said it could have been a temporary blockage or some kind of a migraine but pointed toward higher than normal levels on this bloodwork for me.
