Took the 25MG an hour before Chest/Tri’s yesterday and it kicked in after getting done with first round of chest, which was 4 sets of incline, so I think I’ll try 1.5 hours before and see if the extra time is better, and since it stays around in blood for a little while.
Couldn’t push as hard on weight yesterday, because I have a damn trigger point in my Terres Major that has been lingering off and on, so I upped the reps instead and I could definitely feel the pump by the end of everything. Vascularity has been increasing with the Tren/Mast/Test already, but holy shit were the veins popping yesterday.
