I hit them once a week on my hypertrophy days after regular squats followed by stiff leg deadlifts. Those three in a row set my quads on fire. Finishing up with leg press and I roll out in the floor hoping someone will carry me to my car. 🤣

If I’m not hungry and wore out. I know I didn’t push hard enough. Sometimes I’m so exhausted I struggle putting my hoodie back on.

John Sherman🤪i can only find joggin pants and i guess above the knee is back. I like the oversized stuff. Id wear not sparkles, but what Dillet has on minus tongues out on shoes!!! Like 2 months back of course a guy…complimented the UGM shirt. We never did hoodies? I still wear the gangsta Dickies outfit ! 3x red shirt, black shorts down to the calves!!! Red bandana(no!)
 
There’s always old school shorts over sweats or the hoodie/sweatshirt tied around your neck.

Hahaha. Ya never thought of doing that. I usually use baby powder or tight boxers. But if I am ever in a pinch now I have another alternative.
