I can’t eat protein. My stomach won’t take anything but ramen noodles. I did force down a protein shake for lunch. Not a good recipe for keeping gains.
Sorry to hear man, I know you were getting into the swing of things with a new cycle (or maybe it’s not so new, time flies). Hope things clear up soon and you get back to your progress

Didn’t get nearly enough calories yesterday. I never eat ramen but that’s only thing my gut is accepting so ramen it is for late night snack. And UGM for entertainment.
