Little medical history.
13 months ago he came down w debilitating stomach pain and was scaned and poked by all the doctor’s locally, and gastro specialists. Ended up last month at Vanderbilt in Nashville where the high risk surgery team came up with basically his colon was all twisted and kinked and had a place full of inflamed diverticulitis.
Surgery team removed 14 inches of colon and 1 abscess and now no more stomach pain other than what comes from the surgery.
They stated in the o.r. how malnourished he was and guys its bad today he weighs 137lbs
5 yrs ago he received a kidney transplant and ive had him on low dose primobolan which with alot of studying the docs said would help curb the corticosteroids and depression and weight loss so we did it.
He gets labs done about 1ce a month in high detail and has the best results out of anyone in the family.
Ive rode shotgun w him 7 days a week for 23 yrs now just an all around cool mfr. But man you dont have to know about medicine to see he’s at his end. Hes a skeleton, empty and hollow. Most of this comes from the past year of a few hundred calories a day from the pain that would keep him bedridden. He was scared to eat.
Moms a np but idk how i think she should work at McDonald’s instead. She sees no problem and i preach to both of them he needs to be eating at least 3500 cal a day for 6 mo easily. AND needs 140 gr. Protien especially now that hes healing internally. They both say aww hes eating good and im like what, well he had a microwave breakfast sandwich and 2 pieces of pizza and 1 ensure. … 137lb yall all know your not gaining shit on that.
Heres what im thinking…
These drugs were made for this exact purpose but they never use them. I wanna run him on npp. But idk if i should up his test to say test 400 npp 300? Or can i hypothetically keep his test at maintenance level and up npp to 300 this way.
Keep in mind thats what most of these drugs were created for and hes definitely fading anyway. I hope 90 days but dont really believe i have that much left.
Past 2 weeks hes lost 6lbs
