Gonna have some eggs and chicken. Fucked up the last 4 days or so. Idk what hit me. But ate like complete shit and went from 196 to 210 binge eating and depression got me I guess. First time I. A long time. Trying get out of this funk now at the gym :man_facepalming:t2::man_facepalming:t2:

Woke up late and missed the gym. So I said fuck it and we to McDonald’s for breakfast. Hitting the gym at lunch and definitely making a better food decision. I’m really sluggish right now.

Being old and delicate as I am especially with my diet… AND historically being a big eater… the sausage and egg mcmuffins aren’t unreasonably bad for you. I broke it down last year and it’s one of the things I can have occasionally.

Of course It seems like they’re getting smaller. I remember them being much bigger way back when.

Just had my first protein/oat shake.
I’m going to do a band workout at home again today of supersets of biceps and triceps followed by delts.

4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 chicken breakfast sausages, 60 g rolled oats… a shitty bar from Aldi’s that actually tastes decent. Next up is 180 g jasmine rice, 6.5 oz 96/4 beef, 125 g Brussels sprouts. Later a shake and a pink lady apple. Tonight, not sure yet. No training today. I still feel like absolute dog shit, but I broke a fever last night, so that helps… it feels like there’s a really tiny person sitting in my Medulla Oblongata playing bass guitar on my nerves as they go down into my spine… not sure how to explain it other than that….

Holy shit, something that small, that I would eat three of,just ain’t worth it,then again who the fuck asked me

I eat two and walk away… i ate 4 of them once a long time ago.

Usually only one nowadays but 2 if I’m feeling reckless.

I’m not sayin I don’t go over my limit but it’s gonna be in a whole meal, not a couple breakfast sandwiches.

I hear ya pal. Probably the sausage is packed with sodium…aint no telling what that sausage really is…probably the bare minimum real meat content to where it can be called sausage.
