@TBU. Love me some feta cheese! Perfect on salads and many other things. Sometimes I’ll mix a little in scrambled egg whites. Goat cheese is up there too. LOL
@TBU me and the wife have almost that same salad in our supper rotation. We like cut up hard boiled eggs with our chicken. Never tried blueberries…sounds good. We use dried cranberries for the “sweet”.
@Rusty I drove “ugly” trucks for decades. I loved them. Still do. I made the mistake of selling our 3rd vehicle a 1987 gmc sierra a few years ago. It was ugly as hell affectionately known as black betty. Had 210k miles and still ticking along. I see it around town every so often.
@Rusty don’t like it one bit. Betty was a single cab 8 foot box heavy half. That was my loaner to the kids when they needed a truck. Bad decision on my part.
