So I guess I haven’t posted my workouts this week. Getting back to it back day yesterday
Lay pull downs sets of 8-220,240x3 tried a bit wider grip about halfway from bend to end of bar and it felt great really got nice squeeze at bottom

Hammer iso row mid back 10-4pps really controlled reps again 3 sets
Hammer low rowx12 single arm 12-2ppsx3. Didn’t sit in machine but just leaned against pad feel it’s better angle to get lower lats
Life fitness row rear delt target middle back 15-170x2
Bb curls 1-115x3 drop set to 105 7 more reps last set.
Felt lack of energy but still put in work got plenty of sleep plan is to hit gym around 12 and then nap
Again before work feel shoulder are going to go great
 
Hahahahaha this made me laugh. I was thinking the same thing- bruh. You are like 1/3 ppl I know that not one on earth is gonna say shit to about curling in the squat rack.
 
He’s probably one of the few that even does squats in the gym anyways. That was true at the last commercial gym I went to. 3 or 4 of us actually squatted.
 
Those are really bad stats I have always wondered is it just because people cover their legs so they don’t train them?
You can only be as big as your legs they have to support your frame.

Exactly… mindset of pr’ing every single day in the gym without actually putting in the work/grind/journey/time
 
Same. People look at me like wtf is he doing all the time Bc I use half the weight but focus on actual full range of motion on every single thing. I just shake my head at the half rep gang. There’s a company called full ROM apparel that has a shirt that says “partial reps don’t count” and I just wanna be a walking billboard for them.
