Legs still feel
Super tight today so May just skip leg day and do tomorrow or just not worry about it cause it’s Delos week and I already got one session in.
So I want to still
Dead lift some but doing more hypertrophy focus. Think I’ll keep doing the speed work to focus on lifting off floor just maybe work up to singles with moderate heavy weight like 550 and just explode take 20 seconds in between reps till it slows off floor. Then I can do sldl sets of 8 sets be never programmed myself for building size in legs and to be honest I’m kind of baffled for way tmore do it and work on comp dl
Warm ups for dead’s has been power cleans. Going to see if I can hit 315 single haven’t really done above 225 hangs in 18 years got mit to
Chest easy couldn’t rack arms don’t bend that well yet also I’m so upright
Hypertrophy sucks I’m bout to throw up after lifting. Although it maybe adding the ml of double base with the .3 of stranded ace and 40 of sd is bit much I think I’ll drop all pwo injects till off sd.
