Yeah I’m sitting in between 285-290 right now as well need to dial back on the sweets a bit I’m going to add 20 minutes of cardio in on off days so that may help tighten up just a bit. But I’m more doing that cause I already feel the tren making me breath heavy. May also start cardarine for the lipids and recovery

The spotting is who I was helping with th bench yesterday said he’s only 4 months i to the gym. I had to tell him take some more time
In between sets he had me
Spotting home by the time I walked over and did 8 reps on my lift he was asking for spot. When you going for 3-5 reps maybe take 3-5 minutes hahah.
