Yeah that’s more tongue and cheek. Wanted 480 o day but 470 was not really struggle bis on third but probably where I should be training at for strength gains safely. I couldn’t get another rep but the 3 had no form break down and was a smooth even push from both sides
 
Well I know I’m only on week two of hypertrophy based leg work but I feel the need to pul heavy today. So maybe sneak in a set of 600
 
I’ll be honest if I was physically attracted to the last one I wouldn’t have minded her hitting me I almost think I’m using as excuse to clean break. She is trying her hardest to win me back brought me lunch today. Which actually was worse for her caue I was in deep sleep. All I said to her was even now you don’t understand that I sleep during day working nights

It was chicken sandwich and the largest coke possible I dumped th e coke and ate sandwich when I woke at 4. She didn’t tell hem to take off Pickles so obviously she isn’t that serious about me
 
They starting to get some shape to them. As much as you squat and deadlift your hammys gotta be huge. If you do dead’s with the trap bar it works your quads more also.
 
I wouldn’t say popping but they are making progress will be interesting to see how they look about 2 and half months from now. I think I found meet in cinci to compete in Early November so will be on to prep mid august. Also going to drop the tren abs hope this M1t isn’t as sweaty after this week. Then four week break and start the Abomb pulse. This is if all bloods are good
