Like the metabolism is pretty high cause I’ve been throwing all the carbs into me and I’m struggling to get back to 280 right now. May just let the weight do what it does and worry about gaining when the ment hits.

I don’t know it was like my arms felt longer. I just crushed 460 for 2 second pause on doubles so just go with what feels good I wanted to start to widen for comp now that shoulder is getting better lessen rom I can’t arch back well so it’s all I got. When I say tight I should have said narrow like the moves the smith piece pin on bar.
Feels good enough to try a double of 500 not just try think I had 510 for double in me today but I know not to risk the iniury straining so 500 it is. Felt good
When I wake up tomorrow I will know wether to pull heavy or not. Feel good at work but then again doesn’t mean I feel it when I wake up. Segueing ash I’m not working in a program this week I can just play by ear what I want to do thinking dead’s them sldl and pause squats
This week i still can’t believe how easily i hit 500 for double. Will be getting as triple by sept sky’s the limit there. I think doing to walk outs on squats will help me mentally there if the weight feels light it will go up light
Ok ive settled on doing sumo today for fun just trying to enjoy my workouts this week as it’s not in program. Who l knows fresh i Amy say hey I like this movement
