Yeah I can throw weight up easy but my form is so bad I end standing straight up can’t teach body to get under bar
 
So I’m pulling sumo but I think it’s I’m still using the muscles like conventional I feel all back no quads haha it I’m going for 635 for 3 so there’s that
 
Really usually its one or the other I was gonna say that they made the prescription cream for bacterial acne over the counter Differin if you’re looking for something to clear it up I had to use Accutane when I was young I don’t reccomend it to anyone but the creams help and you can get retin a which works well also but its prescription.

Pawed clean warm ups got up to 315 racked didn’t rack 335
Sumos sets of 3- 585,605 635 had to pull third conventional

Pause squats sets of 6- 405x2 man I felt like my head was going to explode from preaaure trying to keep tight core for so long. Def feel cardio is needed after short tren run

Ad and abductors full rack till failure x3- don’t count reps as I can’t add weight so it will be till failure on machines no matter what although I guess knowing reps would show progress

Seated leg curls 20-150,170,170for 15 then dropped to 120 for 8 and partials

Leg extension 20-210x3 drop set to 150 for 8 last set then rest single leg at 70 with foot angled inward for 8
That was my leg day
 
Back on the jm presses have found a way to do them nonspotter with bb using half rack and pin pressing up to starting position so safety bars make sure if fail I don’t crush my face and I don’t have to reach back far to unrack. 315 for five was a struggle so I know it’s working haha
