I’ve dropped 575 off back squatijg on these bars I feel comfortable with the 315 slowly lowering 5 inches. My triceps are feeling the work. Plan on doing these alternating weekly jms and close grip pins can go heavier with pins but the jm just seems to build the tris so good
 
So big I couldn’t squat it still believe I’ll hit 650 by end of year just need to refocus and get everything back in line and just doing walk
Puts with heavier weights will get me mentally prepared sometimes I style myself on squats
 
I don’t doubt you setting goals at all if you say 650lb you will be hitting 650lb.

You hitting your legs alot is great because were built so that if our legs aren’t big the rest starts to lag behind I have seen this on the ones that only work there upper body and then they stop growing and they don’t know why its because there legs aren’t going to support them and the body stops growing.

Just like a plant in a pot the plant can only grow as big as its roots. If they don’t expand the plant stops growing no matter how much sun or water.

You hitting your legs hard is going to help your upper body grow even bigger. I think that you have a great plan even how we talked about the hgh so you don’t pop a tendon and everything your definitely heading in the right direction brother
 
Haha ta fujny my mind is so focused on frowning legs in size and strength and I was doing weighted dips and almost started belt squats inbetween sets. But legs need rest from yesterday

Ez bar cable curls 12-85x4

Jmpress 5-315x2 then 225 for 15 to get more of burn going

Hammer curls using lay pull pads as arm support 8-60. X3

Weighted dips 12- 70x3

Incline db curls 15-35x3. Last set just went down rack and curled each weight alternating arms till failure

Over head push down bar failure- 95(19,18,15,13)

Hammer ab crunch 70 to failure 3 sets less than 2 each set
