It allows me to go super heavy wi th iut having somebody help lift bar off ground. Also stabilizes it do can overload try w glutes I notice my other lifts really take off when I do these. At that point t I. workout stabilizers have already got there’s so I don’t worry about it. Kind of like using it for jms as well
