Am shoulder press sets of 5-250,290,300,300 for 6 on last set
Cable last raise then high pulls 8- 25,28,5,32, 35.5, 40x2
Hammer iso row seat all the way down to hit rear delts 14-3pps 14 was failurex3
Hammer iso shoulder press facing matching 12-120x3
Lat raise machines fail130- 20,18,18
Seat bent rows fail 20’s-18x3
Then stood did lay raises till failure
 
Trying just ate so probably hit gym
In about two hours or so then on off day to moors I get to take care of friend who cracked I’m his skull on cinco for a few hours so hopefully he’s chilling on couch and not up in bed hahah
 
Backwards getting out of this dd’s car. Younger fellow I worked with at lumber yard. My only wing man here haha. May join this site eventually ive told him to put off a cycle at his age and he is still want Int to go out often maybe not as much now. He is a marine so would fit in hwre

That sucks getting out of the car ive done it getting out of a van in the side door hit my head on the roof. Did he get staples and everything?

I’m guessing byway he had one too many margs and just fell backwards. Was lucky they didn’t have to go in and do surgery he told me hanging out won’t be too fun as he’s mostly tired I said I work thirds naps sounds like the best time
