I thought for sure you were about to say basilar skull fracture. Gnarly stuff. I’ve seen ppl leak CSF out their nose and ears from a fall like that.
 
So legs today
Squats sets of 3-460,500,520,500
Rdls sets of 10-315 slow controlled reps felt slowing down and downing lower weight would get better burn
Bb hacks 8- 275x3 first doing these have to get motion down but could def feel a burn
Seated leg curls 12-190x3 minute rest and partials last set
That was it with doing pin squats and hack squats quads felt like they got alenough this week look forward to progressing with these new lifts for me
