Arm day
Jm press 3x6-275,315.305 went for 8 failed on last rep had to move arms out and regular bench up. Good news shoulder felt fine on one flat bench rep
Lay pull down hammer curls 3x12-45 db
Tate presses 3x15 -40 last set failed on 9.
Cable ez at curl3xfail- 65 18-14 reps on sets
Seated dip 275 3x15
Overhead single arm tricep extension 3x12-25
Preacher curl with db pushed to get her 3x12-35
 
Back day
Deadlift 4x5-505 all sets. Trying to work on bettering form also it seems the hgh has hurt my grip on higher weights. Going to just continue with setts of five for rest of month and try and increase by 20 pounds each week
High iso row 4x12- plates each side
Lay pull down 3x12- 180 controlled reps
That’s alll I had time for with having to work extra hour each day luckily there is only one more week of this schedule cause it would really kill my workouts as I feel I don’t get enough sleep for recovery as is
 
I never got night sweats with NPP. Maybe that’s why I love it so much. No sides that I recall from it. OP had me on a lighter dose. Laser had me on a moderate dose of 350 per week. So far I have tried Tren and NPP and NPP/EQ all on test base. What else makes a good cycle for building nice lean mass? Something that isn’t too harsh.
 
I think it was more the nandrolone base that got me. Hmm if npp works I say stick with it. BUT you could always just do test and tbol. I enjoyed tbol when I ran it.
 
So I have 12 vials left of the hgh o got I’m thinking 💭 f doing 4 ius split morning and pre bed for six weeks. Will be determining factor on whether or not I continu forward as I not sure I’m gaining anything g out of the 2 iu a day
 
I’ve been waking up in puddles. Had an odd incident last night while pinning. Started feeling kind of dizzy and my heart started racing. Started sweating. Turned white. Then I was good. It’s happened once before with TNE.
 
I’m actually going to better clean up diet during two week shut down I’ll have to time to mess around with what I want to make as Daily meals when work starts back up. To many honey buns are being consumed to get my carbs in
 
I literally did this today with tne and nandrolone base. I thought I had the flu. Lol shoot is intense.
