Still using dbol? I was getting lower back pumps on that that were almost unbearable. I’ve read that when you push hard for too long you tax the shit out of your central nervous system. Maybe some light weight buddy for a week and hit it hard again
 
Best advice I ever got for my CNS was take 2 days completely off and lots rest. Felt amazing after with PRs to follow.
 
Oh it’s only week 2. And I’m pretty sure it was the 5 month coke bender that taxed me more than anythjng missed to many leg days for them do what they should.
 
I get the feeling I’m really going to blow up the r next three weeks May have to
Change my ending goal weight from 285 to 300 and then cut down to 270 I don’t know why I feel like 30 is my ideal weight to cut

Squats 4x5 405,415,425,405
Leg press sets of 12 worked from 6 plates up to 9 plates each side did two set of that
Rdls 4x10-315 died at 8 on last set
Leg extension 3x20-150.
Was going to hit seat leg curls but ran out of time. Hopefully once the new starts I’m off Saturday and Sunday and will not have to
Rush through leg day and also be proper rested cause no college games to watch
 
Chest day May try and do
Sets of 8 on incline today to out some weight on the bar
 
Incline bench 275 12 reps 2x8-315
Db flat bench3x12- 95. First flat branch of any kind in two months wish they had 100’’s at gym cause next set was 110’s. Supposed to be getting new db over Christmas at gym
Side lateral second pause at top 4x12-35 with partials of 50 after till failure
Pec deck 70 till failure 2 sets just to see how shoulder felt in position
Crab pose 3xfail around 20 each I don’t really count 32.5
 
Hopefully taking 2 ius before bed will get me
That deep sleep i need tonight cause these 11 hours days on 5 hours of tossing and turning aren’t cutting it.I’m thinking since I can’t eat around dosing if hgh that may hell. I’ve move one of meals earlier so I can still get 4 meals and 2 shakes and have 2 hours of fasting before bed

Gearing up for arm day. Just got job offer here making 2.25 more on the hour than current position so more time off and same paycheck each week good thing I got two week shutdown starting Monday at current job and I start orientation Monday. Like a 2 week test drive on whether I wan to stay at one place
Or the other. And I don’t have to worry about unemployment. Great day so far
 
So my current diet calls for
600 carbs a day. I’m going to tweak it and uo fats and protein some cause I’m feeling super bloated right now

Jm press 3x8- 275,290,300
Barbell curls till failure 4 sets minute rest-65 pound
Hammer seated dips 3x12-315
Cross body hammers 3x25-50
 
So since I maybe leaving current job I’m going to try and see if I can get pic of me wi try metal pouring and sparking the n background with my shirt off and hard hat on. Oh and of course mask for safety
 
Half way through week three hope this joint lube kicks in soon mine are feeling rough. I maybe one of the people that can’t use hgh. My should is better with time off but he’ll just pulling dead’s my elbows are hurting

I’m actually not fgrinding out he reps like I was went back to if I can’t pull it with smooth motion I just put it down want to get my form down sale with squats I was doing squat mornings to get some of the heavier things now I make sure I’m keeping form tight. I guess thats positive of losing some strength and recovering from shoulder issue is I get back

Thats the most important part man not looking like these guys that can’t lift near the amount they try and end up jerking back and forth lol

I know that you got this I like to put it in front of someone though because it sucks to get hurt lol and I just want to try to make sure that the thought is there so you don’t get hurt.
