Db press 4x15-90,95 for last three sets. Had to grind the last few reps with no pain so that’s great
Super set bent rear delt swings 4x15-40’s cable
Rear delt 12.5 to failure
Side delt machine 4x20-110 only got 15 last set
Cybex shoulder press neutral grip 3x20- 90
Db shrugs 4x20- 130
V raise on face fronting incline 4xfail-20’s
