Not uncommon to get different readings. A suggestion is to get an arm cuff. Your wrists are probably too big for the wrist monitor.

I’ve found that turning the wrist cuff 1/4 inch can skew the readings significantly.

Take them again in a bit and try and rotate the cuff a bit.

I guess they make an automatic arm cuff in xl for you.
 
I can tell you right now…you’re going to have to look around. My arm cuff is snug on me… no way in heck it’s fitting you.

Worst part of days off is now I can’t sleep regualr ti before work. So for last 4 weeks of prep I’m adding the n mtren yo really give that strength boost just .5 mg a day should do

Yea. She has show in one week so I told her don’t get to lean can’t hVe yoh dying before we get to know each other. And I would take Benedryl but the amount it takes to knock me out has me feeling a bit off for the first 4 hours of work and one time I used it I came in so fucked up I almost asked to drug test myself. So I just will catch up on Saturday day Sunday probably sleep till noon watch game
Take nap go out and be in bed by 2 am then juat slee till work Sunday night
 
Back didn’t allow the 635 got above knees and felt it was lost cause. Deload probably needed this week. It will be nice the next coming weeks minimal ot no outside stress from ex. Maybe put my peepee in new chick I just know I’m ready to blow off steam saturday it will be four weeks since I’ve had any intoxicant and then deload three weeks of just hard ass training week off and see
What we can do in front of a crowd hopefully booong me
 
My singlet is coming today but it’s raining like crazy so they probably going to deliver late
 
Singlet is 4x and barely fits will break in around house then try it out on max lifts day after deload. Trading pic of me in it for pic girl when she when is tanned up for show I told her tops and bottom is optional. I don’t think our first date ia going to last long cause the tension is building to quickly May just have to bang it out before the date honestly
 
What works for me just do some ancillaries to pump some fluids in joints and muscles. Small pump and walk away.

Todays is first bench day May just work up yo 315 for sets of 10 and just work on exploring off chest
