So just did arms a bit today jm presses with 315. I socialize at gym. Although it would be nice if I had non gym related convos there I miss having friends I see regularly
Me and some gym buddies get together on Saturdays and do a big workout together and then everyone brings a bunch of meat and grills out. One of the guys has the place for it though he has a nice barn gym setup
I wish o had workout buddies. I mean there are people I talk to at gym but nothing like that. It’s probably why I constantly get back with lady cause if I don’t have her to hang with I basically have nobody The one friend I have is moving in December and out schedules never line up and he wants to go out and drink heavy.

After sleeping more it’s fine a bit sore on top. My big issue is no stamina in legs to t now to go with feeling week. Going to try and hit sets of 455 for 3 today. I should be doing 535 for sets of three this week but fucking shit
Got news hit 475 for sets of three. And my forearm pain as t there so it may have just been forearms we’re overused before. We’ll find out in few weeks
