Didn’t make it to gym May have to start doing post work gym. Can’t seem to get myself out of bed. Maybe In depressive funk. Which does happen this time of year. Playing ball was the only thing I enjoyed growing up.
It’s funny it’s like they actually grow when I take weeks off of gym. I think when I’m done with meet I’ll just do then once a week putting dead’s on back day until next meet orep. Cause I strength I’m good multiple times a week but I think my body does best growing when I only hit them once a week
Have heard that before about leg muscles being targeted once a week. Some guys will do hammy/glutes one day then a second leg day can be quads/calves. But to do them all in one day is exhausting
Mostly lack of energy. I think I’m heading towards a deap depression body feels like it it died with covid. I’m not really feeling tip top about anything. And dark thoughts are in my mind
Dam man that sucks. Do you want to be invited into our support group?? Love to have ya. You don’t have to do meetings but just have that ability to reach out to everyone in group and help others and what not.
So I’m a crazy person and decided I wasn’t happy with dead’s yesterday just hit set of 600 for 3 and felt good. Maybe post work lifting won’t be bad. I’m letting bar sit lower in hand like I did with straps and grip is no issue I think I can hope for over 700 at meet if I get strength back
405 3 second pause for 5 not bad. Combo with f roids gots the strength coming back quick. Maybe post work lifting isn’t bad. I’m already warmed up when I get here. Also tinder chick seems alright
