Using stiff bar that’s 50 pounds today for squats so if I do 5 reps skits still progress but I like the feel a lot better on back. Also doing high bar and that still bothers forearms some but not as bad and six reps baby was hoping to hit 8 reps by end of month and I’m on schedule. 6 was probably 9 not sure if I had omanother rep but again stop before form break down still find myself not pushing through feet if that makes sense
