Using stiff bar that’s 50 pounds today for squats so if I do 5 reps skits still progress but I like the feel a lot better on back. Also doing high bar and that still bothers forearms some but not as bad and six reps baby was hoping to hit 8 reps by end of month and I’m on schedule. 6 was probably 9 not sure if I had omanother rep but again stop before form break down still find myself not pushing through feet if that makes sense

It moves so much better when I think that but then it’s almost liek just get weight up and next thing I know my feet aren’t hurting so I’m not pushing right haha.

Leg press machine 3 sets till failure with full rack. Didn’t get to use regular so juat said fuck it don’t matter ven count reps just go can’t walk but we good.

Well couldn’t finish my third meal of pork and rice. Think I’m a little stopped up. Have drink 96 oz of water while here at work feel it should be more and I can barely walk so leg day has doubled as back day pulling my ass uo steps. Can’t wait to hit chest in 4 hours
 
Fell asleep even with t caffiene so going to sleep then hit gym before work I lied I’m at gym now. When I payed back down I got to thinking if I don’t go now I know I’ll sleep to late abs miss so I need sleep sure but it can wait and I’m off again tomorrow and thirsday. I told girl I have to keep my sleep schedule some
On weekends off weekdays are easy with her being at work I can sleep during day. But I feel I should be awake during day when we ar e both off

Well did 370 for 8 on incline so mtrn would a doing it’s thing real well. If liver comes back good on Monday I assume is when I’ll get labs back then. I see no reason to not add this in regularly

Inclines 3x8-320,370x2 went for 320 with pause till fail but my arms drifted back on 4 rep and it racked so I said fuck it
Machine flys 3x12-290 almost maxed out did drop set
Machine side delt 3x12-160,170x2
Hammer iso chest 3pps till failx2 no count just pump
Dip pad push down 175x15x2

Thanks my stomach could use work but I’m not worrying about that now. Just trying to gain as much strength and muscle as possible and stay at this weight for a year maybe I figure the fat will work it’s way out if I stay -290-300 and gain muscle
 
It looks like some of the excess skin is going away. Will it ever disappear or surgery???
 
Not sure but I think it’s slowly shrinking I’m not looking to be pro body builder so if have loose skin so be it doubt I’ll do surgery
 
It should shrink some over time. Intermittent fasting would help a ton but that would be counterproductive to your other goals.l
 
Intermittent fasting doesn’t shrink loose skin in fact it’s more like to Cuase it with weight loss

Just realized I’m four weeks no blow. Things that I’ve noticed after life is just life now that initial high of we are doing this is over and now I’m just back to shifty sleep and being full all the time. Gyms been great even on days I feel I don’t have it. But most importantly I don’t miss any of it. I guess with me not using socially it makes it’s much easier to remember it negatively. I’ve told people had I been able to just use while out with friends or what not i May have never quit. Fortunately for me I kept just going to dark placeS with it that took out any joy. Can’t say I’ll never relapse but for now I’m good. I think my dad seeeched my room while instayed at my files

Blood work on Thursday I think I may just do
Cardio today my legs don’t feel recovered enough for dead’s. I could do an arm
Day just no heavy stuff for triceps and the. Do the back day Thursday at night as way to stay up later and do my shoulder day Saturday
 
Fluff and buff stuff nothing really to post as it was just a workout to do a work out
