Time for the morning mtren I may up my dose
To 1 mg inject in morning and 1 mg oral in evening haven’t felt any bad sides. Pee is still good color maybe a bit sleep issues but night shift am I right
 
Back day see how the dead’s feel today with only two days from leg day. Gofinto try this second leg day Thursday and shoulders Friday optional arm day on Saturday if I don’t like it will look at legs push pull off I just don’t like the idea of two days off in row and I feel I need mor leg days I’m ok with not being on 7 day split just taking off day when feeling needed and just doing next day in split after off day. Like let’s say I feel tomorrow I don’t have it in me juat do legs Friday shoulders Saturday arms Sunday and take Monday off. Not worried about days just gains

Just ordered labs will do next Friday then go to end of year work event with ole lady will smash the free bbq they have

I don’t think it will grow them perse but garden them yes. I mean if you never worked out it might crow them busy you got to go hard
 
I had some time around the equator and that sun fried me like a crab so fast!!! Temp is great as long as a fella stays outta the sun
 
Ok so second leg day skipped and doing shoulders. Wil. We t til next year for second leg day. My lower back needs o be strengthened back up to do more than few reps a week before adding second day of higher volume also adding cardio isn’t keeping weight down at all

SqUt shoes are heavy. I think I’ve been dehydtwTed lately so at get to 305 by end of month actual weight who knows as long as it’s. Not fat we good

Bad news I seem to be getting sores again. I’m having eczema breakout currently so I’m going to go to doctors tomoore have that looked and tell them it’s joy std on penis and maybe this is what it is. The Only other possibility is There is something in my girl that I’m allergic to but we went 6 months no issues so I’m not sure. Does seem to always coincide with my ass getting bad eczema. Trying to keep positive outlook but I was def feeling a bit more tired my neck feels swollen and depression seems to be creeping back some. Will be cutting even more sugar out of diet goig forward I can spare to drop a few pounds I guess
 
I mean I’m if only it’s that simple. I’ll deal with depression till the end of days poppy
