Legs are super sore today so I did it right Friday only a few more days on antis and they seem to be working almost to regualr

Dead’s are feeling great who knew doig hamstring and flute work would get me back to finishing my dead’s better

Dead’s 2x5-605 and surprisingly didn’t feel like death juat muscles giving out on these

Forgot to put in second push day and forgot everything I did yesterday will log legs when I get home from Thjs place it’s been great though

Good girls one set then my legs gave out and I fell and laid there so that’s leg day
